Building on the heat-sensitive garment unveiled by Stone Island in 1989, the Poly Strata Ice jacket undergoes colori transformation based on the external environment, courtesy of reactive pigments micro-encapsulated within its dual polyurethane layers. The garment’s design embodies an oxymoron, seamlessly blending visual impact with simplicity. The launch event for Stone Island’s new Ice jacket, orchestrated by Fasten Seat Belt, was intricately connected to this unique effect, featuring a backdrop illustrating the jacket’s special mechanism and catering embellished with custom ice chunks.
